- All prices are per night including VAT
- Minimum stay is 3 nights
- Prices are valid for occupancy of 1-2 adults. Children under 6 years are free of charge.
- For a third party staying, an additional price per night will be charged
- 14-day intermediate and final cleaning and linen change (from stay of 20 nights) is included in the price;
- Intermediate cleaning can easily be arranged on request and will be charged separately.

From your first request until your arrival
Booking request:
Using the booking form please state your arrival date, length of stay, and which apartment you wish to rent.
Availability:
We shall send the information via the communication means you requested as to whether the apartment is available at the stated time together with the actual conditions.
Confirmation of booking:
With the entry of your deposit (20 % of the rental price is due at the latest 10 days before arrival) your reservation is confirmed.
Arrival:
Latest on arrival the balance of the rental price is due. After payment you will receive your magnetic card and room key from us. Check-in-time is from 15:00 to 22:00 h. Should you intend to arrive after 20:00 h please inform us before your arrival.
Departure:
On the departure day the apartment is at your disposal until 11:00 h.
